Program Overview
Training and Facilitating is increasingly becoming a required skill of the Learning and Development Professional who wishes to have a great impact within their organization. By the end of this program you will be able to make effective use of experiential and participative learning approaches and tools in order to design and deliver training events that achieve success. You will also develop your creativity and facilitation effectiveness. You will have the opportunity to present in a structured, safe and friendly environment a short training event for which constructive feedback from both the trainer and fellow delegates will be given.

Training methodology
Highly dynamic and participative workshop, exploiting experiential training techniques such as role plays, case studies, presentations, games and simulations. On the 3rd day participants deliver a 15 minute training event. This is videotaped and discussed in plenary session.
