Program Overview
Outdoor and Adventure Experiential training programs, when applied with professionalism and are carefully designed, offer powerful learning opportunities and greatly transform the trainees´ skills and attitudes.

The programs are delivered “outside” seminar rooms, in places like rope parks, adventure parks, forests, rivers, hotel resorts, or even the company’s surrounding fields.

Participants are met by our certified outdoor instructors and before they know it, they are led on an unexpected journey of excitement and challenge, while they are safely being taken outside their comfort zone, conquering their personal fears and learning their new boundaries. After taking part in the adventure, participants team up in order to reflect upon the experience they lived and make conclusions that are related to their everyday working reality.
