Program Overview
During this workshop participants will explore and recognise the basic skills needed to manage and lead teams. They will also practice their existing knowledge and abilities in giving constructive feedback to their team members, delegating tasks and coaching their personnel in order to effectively carry out their management and leadership role.

Training Μethodology
The workshop adapts to the needs of the participants by encouraging their active and experimenting involvement. It builds on their existing knowledge and skills and promotes self-assessment of their management and leading abilities in the everyday work place. A variety of experiential learning techniques are being used, such as role plays, case studies, simulations, team exercises, training videos, etc.
