BUILDING TEAMWORK

Program Overview
Participants in this workshop will examine the elements of an effective team as well as the stages one team has to go through in order to create the dynamics needed for the completion of a project. They will engage in team building activities and games that pin point the benefits of being part of a team and they will reflect upon the importance of TRUST that must characterize the members of a productive and happy team.

Training Methodology
Participants are engaged in a dynamic process of interactive discovery and experiential learning. They are involved in a number of innovative and fun exercises that illustrate the necessity and benefits of teamwork. The learning process includes interactive discussions, games, team projects and case studies which built clear associations to teamwork.
